Hygiene and Safety First
Queen B follows strict treatment protocols, including single-use items where appropriate, professional autoclave sterilisation of suitable reusable metal implements and a strict no double-dip waxing policy.
Hygiene is not treated as an extra. It is part of the standard, and every treatment is carried out with care for both results and guest safety. Every tool, surface and product is treated with the same rigour — nothing is left to chance.

What makes Queen B different from a standard salon?
Queen B was built around standards, consistency and guest care — not quick appointments or rushed treatments.
Every treatment is carried out using professional-grade products, careful preparation and strict hygiene protocols. Waxing uses Perron Rigot. Skincare includes Murad and Skeyndor Professional Skincare. Nail care products are sourced direct from trusted manufacturers, not unknown or low-grade alternatives.
Metal tools are cleaned, disinfected, bagged and sterilised in an autoclave after every guest. Single-use items are disposed of after each appointment. Waxing follows a strict no double-dip policy without exception.
Treatment times are real, so appointments are not rushed simply to turn the chair over faster. That allows the therapist to prepare properly, work carefully and deliver the level of finish and experience Queen B is known for.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Queen B is appointment only. Every guest gets a dedicated therapist, a prepared treatment space and a proper time slot — not a gap squeezed between other guests. Book online 24/7 or call us on 020 3441 7172.
Where are you located and how do I get there?
We are at 290–292 Brighton Road, South Croydon, CR2 6AG. Free on-street parking is available on Brighton Road and surrounding streets. By rail, Sanderstead station and Purley Oaks station are both a short walk away. Multiple bus routes also serve Brighton Road directly. We see guests from across South Croydon, Purley, Sanderstead and Warlingham.
How do I book and is a deposit required?
Book online 24/7 via our Book Online page or call 020 3441 7172 during opening hours. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. We are appointment only and recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full cost of the treatments booked. This protects our therapists’ time and keeps appointments available for other guests.
Do you offer treatments for men?
Yes. Men’s treatments are a core part of the Queen B menu, carried out with the same standards and hygiene as every other treatment. Options include manicures, pedicures, hard skin removal, Footlogix advanced foot care, waxing and face and body treatments.
What products do you use?
Professional-grade throughout. Facials include Murad clinical skincare and Skeyndor Professional Skincare. Waxing uses Perron Rigot. Nail strengthening uses IBX. Advanced foot care uses Footlogix. Nail and cuticle conditioning uses Dadi’Oil and Dadi’Lotion. LED skin treatments use the clinical-grade Dermalux device, which delivers Dermalux’s clinically proven wavelengths of blue, red and near-infrared light.
